Unboxing/unpacking

Regardless of whether you purchased it from a third-party seller like on eBay, from the authorized retailer or directly from the company, the item has to be shipped. Therefore, you should inspect the box to ensure that it is not damaged or crushed. (Even if the box is slightly damaged or slightly crushed it does not mean that the unit will be affected.) If you choose to use utility knife or scissors, do not go deep into the box as this could cause damage to the unit, including any cables, such as like power.

INTERFERENCE

This unit will cause interference with the television or set top box receiving over the air television if it is placed right next to the television or set top box, you should keep this away from the television or the set top box at least three (3) feet away. Do NOT wrap the unit in foil as the unit needs to be able to vent. This unit should not be placed next to your router as this may cause interference.

GENERAL INFORMATION

• This unit allows you to be able to administer the settings via a screen on the unit itself or through a web browser.
